TK-8 Admissions Process

St. Philip’s School admits students of any creed, race, color, national and/or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.

The school does not discriminate on the basis of creed, race, color, national and/or ethnic origin, age, gender, or disability in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school‐administered programs.

Admission Process

An application, which includes the non-refundable fee of $100, needs to be completed by all applicants to St. Philip School. A testing date and possible interview will then be scheduled. Once a new student is accepted, the non-refundable enrollment fee ($550) is due. Verification of parish affiliation (in-parish discount) is required at the time of registration.

Documentation requirements include the following:

Health records
Immunization Records
Birth Certificate (original)
Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only)
Report Cards (if applicable)
Record of IEP (If applicable)

TK/Kindergarten

Children that turn 5 between September 1st - December 31st, will be eligible for TK.

Eligibility for Kindergarten is based on the child’s developmental and chronological age, which must be five years old by September 1st of the year of entrance. The developmental age is determined by a screening test and the student’s previous school’s evaluation.

School Tours

As a wonderful way to learn about our school, our TK/K Program, and our St. Philip’s Community we offer an Open House for TK/Kindergarten once every Fall and once every Spring.
